Recording tips
What if you could change one thing in the world, what would it be? Begin your recording with something like “If I could change one thing in the world, I’d…”
- Record with your phone in horizontal/landscape mode and center your face and upper body.
- If you choose to position yourself 3 to 4 feet away from the camera, prop up your phone for stability. If you choose to use your laptop for recording, make sure itís on a stable surface about eye level.
- Natural light is preferred. If using artificial light, make sure the light is in front of you, not behind.
- Record in a quiet space.
- Look directly into the camera and speak in a voice that feels natural.
We can’t wait to hear what you have to say!
